ROLE OF SME. SME offers talent procurement services to private persons and companies seeking to book talent for event or performance opportunities. SME Procures Talent for its clients by negotiating directly with Talent or Talent’s representatives. However, SME is not a Talent Agency with obligations to seek the highest talent fee on behalf of Talent because SME represents Talent Purchasers, and is therefore free to seek the lowest available talent fee for its clients.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION, GOVERNING LAW

By using the website or disclosing Personal Information to us, you agree that any dispute, claim or controversy arising out of or relating to this Privacy Policy or the breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation or validity thereof, including the determination of the scope or applicability of this agreement to arbitrate, shall be determined by arbitration in Los Angeles, California before a single neutral arbitrator.
