With all the infinite talent options out there, we could not possibly list everyone, although we are adding speakers and entertainers to our website daily; so should you need information regarding a specific talent not listed on this site, please do not hesitate to contact us. If you have heard of a speaker or talent, but do not see them on our website or in our catalog, please give us a call. Chances are, we have worked with them, or if not, our staff of researchers will utilize our connections to find them for you!
Speaker & talent fees typically start at $5000. In most cases all expenses are in addition to the fee. Additional expenses can include airfare, hotel accommodations, ground transportation, meals, and any out-of-pocket expenses. International travel and extensive production requirements generally carry an incremental increase in cost. Exact fees are determined based on a number of factors, including the type of group (corporate, non-profit, educational, etc.), the time commitment, required travel, and may change without notice. Any prices listed on this website are intended to serve only as a guideline. In some cases, the actual price quote may be above or below the stated range. For the most current fee, please give us a call.
Ideally, the farther in advance, the better! However, we know this is not always possible. Our team is experienced with working in short time frames and at coordinating bookings for replacement talents in the case of an emergency cancellation. If you are looking to secure one of our higher profile entertainers or speakers or host an event on a popular date, we advise that you begin planning as early as possible as many of our top speakers and artists have tour dates scheduled up to several years in advance.
