Nickelback

Nickelback, a powerhouse rock band hailing from Hanna, Alberta, Canada, rose to international fame with their distinctive blend of post-grunge and alternative rock. Formed in 1995, the band's original lineup consisted of lead vocalist and rhythm guitarist Chad Kroeger, lead guitarist Ryan Peake, bassist Mike Kroeger, and drummer Brandon Kroeger.

Nickelback's journey began in local clubs, gradually gaining momentum with their electrifying live performances and a sound that resonated with a broad audience. The band's breakthrough came with their third studio album, "Silver Side Up" (2001), which featured the iconic hit single "How You Remind Me." The song catapulted them into mainstream success, topping charts worldwide and earning them critical acclaim.

The subsequent albums, including "The Long Road" (2003), "All the Right Reasons" (2005), and "Dark Horse" (2008), continued to solidify Nickelback's status as a global rock phenomenon. Since their smash hit “How You Remind Me” in 2001 that won four Grammy nominations, Nickelback has had major commercial success. Emerging in the late ’90s, it ranks among the top rock groups of the decade in the United States, as well as the band’s native Canada. 

They have sold nearly 50 million records worldwide. 2011 saw the release of their 7th album, Here and Now. It hit number two on the Billboard charts, selling over two hundred thousand copies in its first week with lead singles “Bottoms Up” and “When We Stand Together”.
