Little Big Town, a Grammy-winning country music group, was formed in 1998 in Nashville, Tennessee. Little Big Town released its debut album in 2002, charting two minor singles on the U.S. Billboard country charts that year. By 2005, the band had signed to Equity Music Group, a record label owned by country music singer Clint Black. 

That year, they broke through with back-to-back Top Ten singles “Boondocks” and “Bring It on Home”, both from their second album, The Road to Here. A third album, titled A Place to Land, was released in November 2007. The band was also recently named Vocal Group of the year at the 2014 Country Music Awards.
