Better Than Ezra

Better Than Ezra is an American alternative rock band formed in 1988 in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. The group originally consisted of Kevin Griffin (vocals, guitar), Tom Drummond (bass guitar), and Cary Bonnecaze (drums). The band's name, inspired by a chapter in the Bible, was chosen to convey the idea that the group's music would be superior to that of other local bands.

Throughout their career, Better Than Ezra has carved a significant place in the alternative rock scene with their melodic, guitar-driven sound and introspective lyrics.
